All services of our mail-order are based on the terms below:

1. Orders
All prices are indicated in € (Euro) incl. tax. Valid and for us binding are the prices stated in the web-shop. Error, misprint and availability of goods excepted. Prices are subject to change without notice.

2. Delivery
Orders are being processed and shipped as soon as possible, however, we do not confirm fixed delivery times and dates. Not all items may be available for delivery at all times to all territories. Delivery is usually made with registered mail or parcel.

Consignments and goods must be examined immediately upon receipt for obvious damages. Damages must be reported to us in writing within 14 days after receipt. Damage reports need to be confirmed by us before goods are being returned. For examination of damaged goods we usually need these to be returned to us. Damaged goods must not be returned unstamped. We do not accept claims based on matters of taste.

3. Postage / Handling
Costs for postage/handling depend on the order value:

Germany:
Order value up to € 21.00: postage/handling € 3.00
Order value exceeding € 21.00: postage/handling not applicable

Cash-on-delivery (C.O.D.):
Order value up to € 21.00: postage/handling € 3.00 plus C.O.D. charge € 2.00. German Post charges additional € 2.00.
Order value exceeding € 21.00: postage/handling are not applicable, C.O.D. charge € 2.00. German Post charges additional € 2.00.

European Countries outside Germany:
Order value up to € 31.00: postage/handling € 4.00
Order value exceeding € 31.00: postage/handling not applicable
Cash-on-delivery (C.O.D.) service available only within Germany

Non-European Countries / Rest Of The World:
Order value up to € 51.00: postage/handling € 10.00
Order value exceeding € 51.00: postage/handling not applicable
Cash-on-delivery (C.O.D.) service available only within Germany

4. Payment
Payment of ordered goods, including fees for postage/handling are to be paid up-front (except cash-on-delivery).

Germany:
Payment can be made through following modes:

o Bank transfer
o PayPal
o Postal Money Order (mandat postal international)
o Cash in registered letter
o Cash On Delivery

Other payment modes are not accepted by us. Until full payment is received by us, all goods remain our property. In case of justified claims (e.g. for prepaid articles not being available or justified claims due to technical defects) we supply replacement or credit note to be credited with future orders.

European Countries:
Same as above save that cash-on-delivery service is available only within Germany. Banking charges are to be borne by the customer.

Non-European Countries / Rest Of The World:
Same as above save that cash-on-delivery service is available only within Germany. Banking charges are to be borne by the customer.
