In 1962, little Bruno Fumard was born in La Rochelle (France). From the very beginning he was interested in classical music of the great composers (Bach, Mozart, Beethoven,...) and when taking piano lessons, he turned out to be a very gifted student. While studying classical music, he was also seduced by Jazz and all other music from the far away continent across the Atlantic (Duke Ellington, Buddy Holly, Elvis Presley, to name but a few) ... At the age of 20, he started to write and compose his own songs. Getting more and more involved in the field of music, he chose the pseudonym 'Jesse Garon', Elvis Presley's dead born twin brother.

In 1983, his first song "C'est Lundi" topped him to No. 1 in the Charts. A year later, his first album released, featuring the famous "Lucky Dom Dom" and "Nous Deux". He was nominated ... "Meilleur Chanteur de l'Année" (Best Singer Of The Year) in 1984 and was honored with the award "Meilleur Album d'expression Francaise" (Best Album Of French Pop). After appearing in the movie "A Nous les Garçons" together with Franck Dubosc, Jesse Garon started a big tour throughout France with more than 200 concerts in only 8 months!

When playing at "l'Olympia" in 1985, and facing crowded halls every night, he decided the time had come to release his second album, entitled "Hommages", which he dedicated to the pioneers of Rock.

In 1988, he started his own TV-Show "Wis Qui Peut" at TF1: this success will remain one of the very big moments in the history of television.
Together with Didier Barbelivien he wrote and composed his fifth and ultimate album "Completement Chiffre". Again, he was a guarantee for fully packed concerts in the theatre Trianon in Paris.
Since 1995, Jesse Garon dedictated and devoted himself more and more to spiritual studies as well as poetry and painting. Despite this new focus of interest, he still appears on stage on special occasions.
For the first time ever, you will find "The Best Of Jesse Garon" on this unique compilation.
Because of his huge repertoire with more than 150 songs, the choice was difficult, but finally a selection of 20 titles was made (including some previously unreleased tracks). This is the essence of an artist's carreer, being and staying one of the most beloved and most popular of his generation.
